I'm Greg, the owner and creator of Defiant Sauce Co. 

I have been making my own BBQ sauces for almost 20 years, but never thought about selling them until two little plants my wife wanted to grow changed my life forever.

I love spicy foods and BBQ, but there were no good bbq sauces in the store that weren't super high in sugars, and they had no actual heat to them. And there are so many hot sauces out there, I wanted something totally different than what everyone else was doing. 

Then it hit me. What if I could make sauces that had amazing flavor, but also a kick? And thus, Defiant Sauce was born.

We specialize in spicy BBQ sauces, but also hot sauces and dry rubs that  have unique flavors/ingredients.
